Raise your spirits and travel from Haneda Airport to Tokyo Disney Resort

The number of travellers who come to Tokyo by overnight bus is growing. Of course, there are those who feel that they can’t sleep well enough on the bus or that it’s too tiring, but it’s still very popular with young travellers, as you can save money, and arrive the next morning at your destination of choice.

Among those who use the overnight bus, there are plenty of people who have Tokyo Disney Resort as their destination.

For those travelling from Haneda Airport to Tokyo Disney Resort, we’d advise to ‘travel hands-free’, if possible. That’s why we think that international travellers should take a leaf out of Japanese travellers’ book, and make use of helpful tips, which locals have mastered.

Flying Visit Japan’s editorial team is here to tell you the most comfortable ways of getting to Tokyo Disney Resort from Haneda Airport.
Travel Hands-free! Recommended for travellers staying two or more nights in the city!
If you’re planning to go straight to Tokyo Disney Resort after arriving at Haneda Airport, having to carry your heavy luggage with you is probably less than ideal. In case you’ll be staying in Tokyo for a few days, consider using a luggage delivery service at Haneda Airport. Large pieces of luggage such as suitcases can be delivered straight to your hotel - although they may only arrive the next day, you’ll be able to move around and enjoy your first day in Japan without any burden.

*Luggage sent with this service may sometimes arrive the same day

To arrange things at the terminal, head to either the “ANA Sky Building Service” counter or the “JAL ABC” counter. Both have a 24-hour reception counter on the second floor arrivals lobby and the third floor departures lobby.

No more worrying about finding an empty coin locker! Ways to store your luggage at the airport for a daytrip or if you’re only staying one night
Have you ever experienced some of these travel woes?
- Even though you’re tired, you’re lugging around your heavy luggage, frantically looking for an empty coin locker in different places
- You found an empty coin locker, but your suitcase is too big or won’t fit.

In those cases, head straight to the Temporary Luggage Storage, designed for those looking to store their baggage for a short period of time. Best of all, it’s available 365 days a year, 24 hours a day. You can find on the right hand side when leaving the arrivals lobby on the second floor. Alternatively, there’s also one at the third floor departures lobby.

At the Temporary Luggage Storage, luggage can be kept for up to two weeks. The exact storage price depends on the dimensions (width, length, height) of the piece. Pieces of luggage larger than 300cm (combining all sides) and heavier than 30kg cannot be kept. As the fee is based on how long you actually use it, rather than a prepaid flat day fee, it’s also a rather wallet-friendly service!

This Temporary Luggage Storage has another feature: a dry-cleaning service. Actually, they don't have dry cleaning facilities in the airport and thus may take some time, but it’s a useful service to know just in case.
